What to do

I have to personal service papers to my son, Thomas, and I'm just not sure how to do it. At this point in time, I'm thinking of just having someone take a picture of me handing the legal documents over to Tom. Being that this is a hearing for and about him, do I read all the pages to him? I could just flip through the pages and show him whats on each page. I can't believe we have to do this.
Laura, look for 23 pages of a notice of a hearing that you are being service to. It's coming registered mail this week. I bet you are as thrilled as I am. If you take this legal document to work and show your boss, will it get you that day off of work? Worth a try. Would be fun to have you and the kids in court with us.

Do you know a notary? They could probably sign that they witnessed...

I agree with Alanna that a notary could sign or could you just have someone else sign as a witness?
