Oh, No!!

I love this tree. It had a wonderful swing than even adults would love to sit in swing on. Shaded the house in the summer, home for the birds, and added so much beauty to our yard. This ice storm did so much damage to my wonderful friend. Hoping the ice comes off the rest of the tree today or tomorrow, it's not to get above freezing. Thursday & Friday we are to get a snow storm with significant accumulations possible.

March 8th

What do I get my daughter for her birthday???? it'll soon be here. I SUCK AT BUYING HER CLOTHES. I'm old and out of style for her wants and needs. I'd like a new vacuum sweeper so I think that she needs one too; but that's not right. For some crazy reason I have this urge to take her to a local cosmetology school to get to hair washed, cut and styled together and maybe even a manicures and pedicure.
Oh, help!! If only it was so easy to pick out the perfect gift.

Georgia is 5!!

So hard to believe 5 years ago my first grandchild was born. I was scared to death about becoming a grandma. If I had only know then how wonderful being a grandma can be. This proud grandma wishes her Georgia Bear a Happy 5th Birthday.

Our Snow Storm
