Today is my Austin's first birthday. Oh how I wish we could just get a away for the weekend to be with him today.
Here is a picture of four generations.

Austin in so many ways reminds me of Mark when he was a baby.
HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY AUSTIN!
Have you ever had someone say to you, “Boy, you look just like your sister, or your brother, or your mom or dad.”? Or they think you look like someone else in their family?
Do you think Bret looks like his daddy? I think Bret is going to take more after his mommy. Only time will tell.
Here we have Laura, with Austin in the middle and Uncle Mark on the end. I think Austin looks more like Mark than his mother.
Don't you think Laura and Georgia look alike? My husband thinks Georgia is looking more and more like her father than her mother.
The school wants to save money this summer by not operating two buses up to school this summer like they have done for years. All the severely handicapped children will ride on one bus with a driver and an aide. What does that mean to me and my son?? My son would be one of at least 7 children riding in a wheelchair on that bus. Think how long it takes to load and unload a wheelchair from a bus. With 7 wheelchairs that will makes a long time in getting home. What if it were ever an emergency? A wreak, a fire or tornado? My child has little hope of surviving.
Thomas, whom I have said for years, has a problem with his platelets; has now been diagnosis with Delta granule storage pool deficiency. Because Tom’s Delta SPD is so severe, the doctor wants us to come in for counseling on the family plan. Being I started complaining when Tom was only 3 or 4 years old and it took until he was 22 to finally get a doctor to diagnosis it, this appointment can wait until August.
